Terms & Conditions



By purchasing a ticket or attending any event hosted under “THE BEAT” brand, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:



1. Ticketing & Entry



Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and venue specified.



Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and government-issued photo identification (in line with RSA and licensing requirements).



Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold above face value.



Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket appears tampered with, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.



2. Refunds & Cancellations



All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered except where required by law or if the event is cancelled.



If the event is rescheduled, existing tickets remain valid for the new date.



3. Venue Rules



The Beat and partner venues enforce a strict no pass-outs policy unless otherwise stated.



Bag checks and security screenings may be conducted on entry.



Any prohibited items (including outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, and dangerous items) will be confiscated.



4. Responsible Service of Alcohol



All events operate under strict RSA guidelines.



Venue staff may refuse service or entry to intoxicated or underage patrons.



Fake IDs will be confiscated and handed to authorities.



5. Behaviour & Safety



Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons engaging in disorderly, antisocial, or unsafe behaviour.



Patrons are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The Beat and its venues are not liable for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by proven negligence.



6. Media & Recording



By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use across The Beat’s platforms.



Professional photography or recording equipment is not permitted without prior written approval.



7. VIP & Perks



Any advertised VIP inclusions, booth packages, or perks are subject to change based on venue availability and supply.



8. Event Changes



Lineups, set times, and advertised performers may be subject to change without notice.



The Beat accepts no responsibility for performer cancellations outside of its control.



9. Liability



To the extent permitted by law, The Beat, its staff, partners, and venues will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at events.



Patrons enter at their own risk.



10. Acceptance



Attendance at The Beat events constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.



Management reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
